Terms and Conditions – 0kok Gaming Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 0kok platform — including the website at 0kok.net, the mobile application, or any associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 0kok. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 0kok platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To use 0kok, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.

0kok reserves the right to request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games and withdrawal services on 0kok, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold only one account on 0kok. If you already have an existing account — even one that has been closed or suspended — you must not create a new one without first contacting our support team and receiving explicit written permission to do so.

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 0kok are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 0kok's discretion, and the available options will always be displayed on the deposit page within your account.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your 0kok account balance in real time in most cases. Delays may occur due to payment provider processing times.
• 0kok does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment methods that belong to another person is prohibited.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 0kok account are processed to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your 0kok account.
• 0kok reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification or fraud investigation.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• In cases where a withdrawal is declined, the funds will be returned to your 0kok account balance and you will be notified via the support channel.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

0kok offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback rewards, referral bonuses, and mission-based rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms, wagering requirements, and expiry dates that are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳500 bonus means you must wager ৳5,000 before withdrawing.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds not used within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• 0kok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.

07 Gameplay and Fair Use

All games available on 0kok use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — such as a disconnection, server error, or display glitch — the round in question may be voided and any stake returned to your balance. 0kok's decision on the outcome of disputed game rounds is final.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed once the game round has begun.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 0kok and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with 0kok games or services.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 0kok for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the 0kok platform in any way.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 0kok staff or other players via any communication channel.

09 Privacy and Data

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in that policy. 11 Account Suspension and Closure

0kok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification. Accounts closed due to fraud or terms violations will have their balances forfeited.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 0kok support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal game rules.

12 Limitation of Liability

0kok provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or technical issues.
